Waiver and Release

Operation Reboot Outdoors puts safety as a number one priority. That being said, the nature of our Missions often take us into sometimes rugged and unpredictable terrain and elements. Each veteran who participates will be required to fill out a Waiver. You can download and print out this waiver to submit back to us via email when you are participating on a mission with us.
