Bobby Farnsworth

Robert (Bobby) Farnsworth joined the United States Army in 2005 as an Infantryman. After basic and initial training,Private Farnsworth was assigned to Aco 3-21 INF stationed at Fort Lewis, Washington. The unit would be moved to Vilseck,Germany in May of 2006 and reflagged as 2/2 SCR. Bobby was assigned his duty as shooter on the company sniper team, he would excel in each position within the Sniper team through his almost 6 years with the company. In addition to sniper duties, Bobby would also assume roles as a Squad Designated Marksman and Fire Team Leader during a grueling 15 month deployment to Iraq in 2007. He would eventually go on to graduate from the United States Army Sniper School. In 2010 Bobby would learn his fate while on a training mission in Bulgaria, and that was being selected for Recruiter detail which would inevitably lead to him not making the Afghanistan deployment with the unit. Bobby was honorably discharged from the Army in March of 2013.

Bobby went on to work with other non-profits that benefited Veterans prior to his joining the Reboot team in 2022.  Bobby is an avid fisherman and whitetail deer hunter.  Bobby plays a critical role in helping to coordinate our Big Game Hunts at ORO.  If you are sending a message putting in for one of our Big Game Lotteries, it's probably Bobby who is replying.
